This Boy is Ugly

A workbook asks “This boy is ___”; someone writes “ugly,” and the teacher adds “enough is enough Judy!” beside a boy sprawled by his bicycle. Apparently the teacher doesn't know the right answer, now I know why the public school system is in such shambles.
