Show transcript0:01 All right, children, I want everybody to settle down because with us today is Fire Marshall Bill, and he's going to be teaching us about fire safety in the classroom, okay? 0:11 Fire Marshall Bill! 0:14 Howdy, kids! 0:16 Hi, Fire Marshall. 0:18 I know what you're thinking. We're all perfectly safe in this classroom, right? 0:23 Right. 0:23 Right. 0:24 Wrong. Just about everything you see in here is a potential hazard. 0:29 Let me show you something. Let's just say you're changing the water in this here fish tank, and you accidentally fill it with gasoline, like so. 0:41 Later that night, the janitor comes in, there's a power outage, he lights himself a match, and 0:49 he's cooking fish sticks! 0:55 Now, here's another all too common danger in the classroom. The movie projector. 1:02 Sure, looks like fun, but it can be very, very deadly. 1:09 Now, let's just say you're the audio visual helper for the day. 1:13 You go to plug this baby in, and you just happen to be soaking your bunions in a bucket of water. 1:23 Oh my gosh, I hope he's okay. 1:27 Never better. Now, let's talk about CPR. 1:33 Drop and roll, your hand's on fire! 1:36 So it is. Well then, drop and roll is a good idea, but suppose you got a handful of thumbtacks and you accidentally roll over them like so. 1:51 Now the fire is out, but you look like Hellraiser. 1:56 Hey, you kids did a nifty job on this mural. 2:02 Shall we study its basic elements? You've got paper and you've got paint. 2:07 A deadly combination! 2:10 Let me show you. 2:13 Let's just say, for the sake of argument, that the Earth is being occupied by strange, crab-like creatures from another planet. 2:19 One of them needs a light. You whip out your Zippo, you flick your wick. 2:24 Somebody says, look, it's Yoko Ono on a moof head, and boom! 2:29 You're off to the races. Now, how do we put this up? 2:32 Uh, uh, smother it with a blanket? 2:34 You could do that, that's for sure. Anybody else? 2:36 Um, you could ask the crab-like people for assistance. 2:42 Get real, big kid. How about you, Missy? 2:45 Get a fire extinguisher. 2:47 Excellent, Miss Tompkins, but let's give the kids a chance. 2:50 No, the classroom is on fire. Kids, come on. 2:53 Oh. So it is. Everybody remain calm. 2:59 I am a fire marshal. By the way, what's on the other side of this wall? 3:06 The chemistry lab! 3:08 Uh-oh. 3:20 It's okay, children. All the kids have been accounted for. 3:25 Our school is gone! 3:27 Yeah. 3:31 When will they ever learn? Oh well. Who wants marshmallows? 3:37 Yeah! 3:39 We need sticks. 3:41 Sticks? 3:46 Not when you're with Fire Marshal Bill, you don't. Let me show you something.
